4. Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction (or, if in India, the courts of India) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the counter-notice to our designated agent. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original claimant files a court action. We may share copies of notices and counter-notices with the parties involved and with third parties as we deem appropriate.
5. Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
